Our policy offer NO refund for any of our services in online Training. However, the user can postpone his/her Online Training programs ONLY ONCE to the next available schedule (as per his/her convenience) on approval via mail confirmation at 7 days prior to the program.

Refund if applicable

In case of any extra/double payment for the same service, you have to mail us with payment proof to  with the reason for the extra payment.
If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed through the original method of payment within a certain amount of time after deducting the system and the management cost.

Late or missing refund (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your bank again.

It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
